Take the motorway from Nicosia to Peristerona. At the traffic lights go left and past Orounta village. Follow the road. After Kato moni village, the road will offer some fun in the windy mountain roads. At some point you will find a sign that indicates towards Alithinou village. Take that turn and stop at Polistypos village for a break.
Take instructions from locals and head towards Chandria (you will see the sign too). After some minutes you'll reach another turn. Signs again indicate straight for Chandria / Agros or right to Lagoudera. If you go right you can go from Lagoudera, Saranti Village and Xyliato. In this road you will find a nice ancient church where you can take nice pictures. At xyliato there is a dam, nice for taking pictures too. After Xyliato Dam, keep going straight for Agia Marina village, and Kato Moni. From there you can go to Orounta, Peristerona and back to Nicosia.
Alternatively you can keep going straight towards Platanistasa and Alona Villages instead of making the turn to Alithinou and Polistypos. After Alona you can head towards Agros/Palaichory but the road is not so great. From Agros you can go any direction you want :D. Towards Nicosia, Candria, Troodos, Kakopetria, Limassol, practicaly anywhere.
